Saundra Server has been hired as production manager at the EXTEND GROUP, in charge of overseeing all day-to-day work coming in and out of the Evansville, Ind.-based marketing firm. She begins in her new role immediately.
Server comes to the EXTEND GROUP from ERA First Advantage Realty, where she served in a number of strategic and managerial capacities over the course of 18 years. She was director of marketing and agent services and, most recently, human resources manager, supervising design staff and executing a variety of marketing and advertising functions. She was recognized by ERA at the national level in 2009 with the Office Coordinator of the Year award. She studied business at the University of Southern Indiana and computer aided design at Ivy Tech.

As production manager, Server will work directly with all contractors and clients to ensure efficiency, overseeing timelines and budgets and creating future business development opportunities with the sales team.
