2. Counter-Notification Procedure

3. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate the accounts or access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been the subject of multiple valid copyright infringement notices.
4. Good Faith and Misrepresentation
Any person who knowingly misrepresents that content is infringing or was removed by mistake may be liable for damages, including legal fees. Please ensure that your claims are made in good faith.
