EVANSVILLE, INDIANA— With EXTEND GROUP’s recent launch of the APEX Behavioral Services Website, the APEX Team is now able to connect with more of the region’s residents whose lives their programs enhance. Locally owned and Evansville-based, APEX has been filling a need in Indiana since 2014; primarily serving intellectually disabled and developmentally disabled individuals.

APEX, a provider within the Bureau of Developmental Disabilities, Indiana Waiver Program, is officially CARF Accredited, and offers Behavioral Services, Recreational Therapy, Residential Services, Respite Care, Community Habilitation, Wellness, Transportation, as well as Participant Assistance and Care (PAC). APEX services are also available through private pay.
