2. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that the material removed or disabled was not infringing, or that you have authorization to use the content from the copyright owner, you may send a Counter-Notification. Your Counter-Notification must include:

1. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
2. Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.

3. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate the accounts or access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been the subject of multiple valid copyright infringement notices.

4. Good Faith and Misrepresentation

Any person who knowingly misrepresents that content is infringing or was removed by mistake may be liable for damages, including legal fees. Please ensure that your claims are made in good faith.
