eCatalog innovator, EXTEND PERFORMANCE, returns as an exhibitor at the Knowledge Exchange Conference, the world’s largest gathering of automotive catalog professionals, vendors, and solutions partners. The event is hosted by the National Catalog Managers Association (NCMA), a professional society of the Auto Care Association (ACA). Member companies of ACA represent all major product segments of the automotive aftermarket industry. The Knowledge Exchange Conference takes place at the Walt Disney World Swan Resort in Orlando, Florida, April 19-22, 2015. Forums include training, education, and new technology.
A key feature of the conference is the NCMA President’s Awards for Catalog Excellence. EXTEND PERFORMANCE is a past recipient of the President’s Gold Award for an eCatalog it created for Airtex Fuel Delivery Systems, the world’s largest manufacturer of fuel pumps. The distinction was based on design, navigation, technology, innovation, interactivity, and quality of content for the online catalog, FuelPumpU.com. An outstanding component of the catalog included online training videos for professional auto techs—an ongoing Airtex training program that continues today.
EXTEND PERFORMANCE is the automotive aftermarket branch of the Evansville, Indiana-based EXTEND GROUP, and is recognized nationwide as the definitive innovator in online training. “Training works! Our engaged training for the auto tech puts your brand in their hands—and their loyalty into your brand,” observes Shawn Collins, EXTEND GROUP Founder and CEO. He emphasizes, “Your EXTEND PERFORMANCE team believes every eCatalog offers the training opportunity that’s vital to the success of the e-tailing experience. We look forward to sharing our insights at NCMA in April.” He will be at Booth 214 informing visitors about innovative eCatalog initiatives.
