When Raybestos Powertrain developed its newly launched Race to Win customer loyalty program, the Indiana manufacturer and supplier of premium OE and aftermarket transmission parts turned to EXTEND PERFORMANCE for online Customer Relationship Management (CRM) support. EXTEND PERFORMANCE responded by creating a rewards portal using its proprietary software, the EXTEND CM platform. Built as a microsite of the Raybestos website, the portal performs multiple functions within the EXTEND CM platform:
- Race to Win participants use the portal to redeem merchandise with loyalty points they’ve accumulated through product purchase
- The portal acts as a CRM tool by tracking Race to Win loyalty reward inventory
- EXTEND PERFORMANCE’s integration of the Race to Win portal into the client’s website allows users to participate in the program without getting directed away from the client’s domain: Raybestos Race To Win
