Thank you to everyone who is on the frontline fighting COVID-19 and helping those who are sick. Our hearts are heavy for those who have lost loved ones, and we want to continue doing our part to prevent further lives lost.
We are taking necessary steps to ensure the safety of our employees and clients. Our team members are back in the office Monday through Thursday and working remotely on Fridays, but we are following recommended social distancing and safety guidelines. These include:
- Keeping our doors locked with access granted only to employees, those with prescheduled meetings, and delivery personnel
- Encouraging anyone to stay at home if they are uncomfortable being in the office or are not feeling well
- Posting CDC notices and signs in the office
- Maintaining at least 6-feet of distance from one another at all times
- Having hand sanitizer, disinfectant sprays, and disinfectant wipes readily available throughout the office
- Frequently disinfecting surfaces people come in contact with
- Giving each employee a mask if they wish to wear one
- Moving in-person meetings to Webex or Zoom calls
